Job change

Over the last few months, I have come up with a solid formula to help people move on with their lives after being released from the job they have had for a long time.  The first step is to grieve the loss.  The second step is to accept your feelings, especially around depression and anxiety.  The third step is to let your anxiety motivate you to move forward in life.  The fourth step is to find something that you love to do and do it.  Reminder to keep your eyes open during the whole process and don’t be afraid to walk through all the new doors that will open for you.
