Relax

If your life seems out of control, your brain won’t stop thinking, everything seems overwhelming, you find it hard to breath, the world seems to be caving in on you and there’s nothing  you can do about it.  I would suggest you add to your life some “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction”.  It helps you calm down and then you can think clearly again.
